USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

JP Kreasi respects user privacy and provides mechanisms for users to request deletion of their data processed through our platform.

If you wish to delete your data associated with JP Kreasi, you may follow one of the methods below:

Method 1 – Through Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings.
  2. Navigate to “Apps and Websites.”
  3. Select “JP Kreasi.”
  4. Click “Remove.”

This action revokes application permissions and initiates the data deletion process. Once permissions are removed, our system will automatically queue associated data for permanent deletion.

Method 2 – Direct Request

You may submit a direct deletion request by email:

Processing Timeline

All valid deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Upon completion, associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems, unless retention is required by applicable law or regulatory obligations.
